Dr. Shahriela Ganjoor (Dr. Shaggy)

Dr. Shahriela Ganjoor was born in Dallas, Tx and raised in Plano, Tx. She is passionate about making a difference in the community where she grew up. Shaggy was Dr. Shahriela’s nickname given by her brother, Brandon, at a young age and it stuck. She is now known to her patients and around the community as Dr. Shaggy.

She started her love for dentistry as a dental hygienist and decided she wanted to provide more comprehensive care to her patients and made the decision to return to school after working clinically for 5 years. She graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in California and came back to Dallas after graduation, knowing that was where she wanted to build her practice. Dr. Shaggy had a wonderful childhood in Plano and as fate would have it, there was no better location than The Star, just footsteps from the Dallas Cowboy’s headquarters! She is looking forward to building lifetime relationships with her patients and providing personalized high-quality dental care.

When not in her natural habitat in the dental office, she enjoys live sporting events, spin classes, and dancing. Don’t let her high heels fool you! Dr. Shaggy grew up playing sports and even joined a co-ed basketball team in adulthood. When you see her around The Star, she hopes you won’t be shy. Say hello and pass the football to her!

There could not be a Doctor Shaggy without a Scooby! Scooby is Dr. Shaggy’s mini hippo puppy that she spends most of her time with. Scooby loves making appearances at the office from time to time! If you would like to meet him, we can check his busy schedule and see when he is available!
